Check in is 2pm. Check out 10am. Keys are accessed via safe box at front door.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Light blankets and pillows are.

There is a phone in the house for emergencies with local access only. (only some mobile phones work at Orchid Beach) 
House has CD player, quality amp and speakers. I Pod connection

The house is solar powered and has 240v inverter output suitable for lap tops and phone charging only.
There is a small laundry and automatic washing washing machine. (washing machine can only be used if sun is shining)                 Orchid Beach has one shop with most basic provisions, beer on tap, takeaway food and fuel (no fresh fruit or vegetables). 
The house water supply is tested and of high quality.                                                                                      
No TV and no reception but lots of stars, the sound of the ocean and a small liibrary.
Parking is provided for one car only.

Access: there are four steps from the car park to a short sloping pathway and then two sets of stairs to the front door.
There is a semi permanent local doctor's surgery at Orchid Beach and a local hospital helicopter service for emergencies.

We do recommend taking a basic medical kit.   

    
In accordance with National Parks and Wildlife policy, no pets are allowed onto the island.
