Kyeema's treetop location is perfect for those who just want to chill out and listen to peaceful ocean waves and the incredible variety of local bird calls. Large sliding doors open up to an unobstructed vista of the local bush and untouched flora. You'll feel like your in a tree house. In the winter months from July to September whales can be seen breaching, literally from the comfort of your bed or from the expansive outside deck area. Obscured neighbours and an absence of street lighting mean the stars are unusually brilliant and watching the moon rise over the ocean is always a memorable experience. The bathroom is interesting and almost outside in a screened back verandah. It has the luxury of a bath with a view (very unusual for Fraser Island).
